FROM 24TH OCTOBER 2018 YOU WILL BE ABLE TO BOOK YOUR AFTER SCHOOL CLUB SESSIONS FOR THE WHOLE TERM ONLINE
We are moving to an online booking system for After School Club. The new system, which will be available to parents via the Schoolgateway app, will go live on 24th October 2018.
Both the manual booking system we currently use and the online system will run alongside each other for a period of transition. From January 2019 the online booking system will be the only way parents can book After School Club.
Charges will remain the same and parents will be expected to pay when they make a booking.
There will be a limited number of spaces available every day (Monday 30 places, Tuesday 30 places, Wednesday 40 places, Thursday 30 places and Friday 30 places). Bookings will be taken on a first come, first served basis.
Online bookings will close at 1.00pm – this will allow for any necessary adjustments in staffing, etc.
If you need to book a place after 1.00pm on the same day of booking, you will need to telephone the school office. We will always do our utmost to accommodate all children needing a place in After School Club.
